Product count, storage and other limits are defined in an individual offer.
The trial lasts 6 months from successful controlled organization activation: up to 3 products created in total, including imports, and up to 3 occupied published slots. One trial per organization; archiving does not restore a slot.
Requesting access does not activate an account, purchase or select a plan. B2B payment is by bank transfer against an offer. An authorized operator activates the paid subscription after verifying payment.
Content changes and new publications are locked after expiry. Extended public availability applies only to eligible voluntary passports on paid plans. How are slots counted and how long is access available?
Published slots, availability and retention
A product with a published version occupies one slot, even with a new draft or when archived or withdrawn. A new version of the same product does not use an extra slot. Draft, published and archived products count toward total stored products; retained files and historical versions count toward storage.
Voluntary passports (VOLUNTARY) may remain public for 6 more months after paid expiry, with locked content and existing safe-access conditions. The trial has no extended public availability. Mandatory (MANDATORY) and unresolved (UNRESOLVED) cases require a separate long-term availability agreement; this automatic shutdown does not apply to them.
Private retention lasts 12 months after paid expiry or 3 months after the trial. Private viewing and available exports remain accessible during retention with existing permissions. These deadlines do not trigger automatic permanent deletion.
